The most interesting thing about Ricky's decision to become an Atheist is that is was based on BODY LANGUAGE? One would expect that if a Christian suggested such a motive for adherence in Christianity then this would be laughed away at this blog? Why isn't it the same with Gervais?

Actually, his story was quite microcosmically profound, I thought. And he was asked a specific question and he gave an honest answer. He wasn't giving a philosophical argument. He was telling a true story. And the story indeed has some bite to it. It's told from a young boy's perspective. He realized at an early age that a primary authority figure was teaching him something to keep him in line, without telling him the whole story. That actually describes the behavior of a large number of the world's clergy, so it's hardly irrelevant.
